So, I arrived for my hiking and backpacking trip in Buenos Aires on November 20-21. It’s quite a ways to get this far south. But, it’s somewhat fun to be in a place where I mostly speak the language. So far, the trip has mostly been about getting to El Calafate. I had lunch with the firm’s usual Argentine counsel. We had a great lunch of what would have been a seafood tower if it were in the U.S.
Last night I had a fun Vietnamese dinner… in Argentina. It sounds odd, but it was quite good. I had a sort of rice bowl made in a Lomo Saltado style. Weirdly, it totally worked.
Now, as usual, some pics.
